I’m a graduate Electronics and Communication Engineer from IOE, pulchowk campus, adept in Linux, networking protocols, and cybersecurity principles, who works as a Solutions Engineer at mutlinational SIEM solutions company, Logpoint.

• Working closely with networking and cybersecurity principles
• Fetching, collecting, normalizing, analyzing logs from different sources to detect critical security threats.
• Configuring VM instances in cloud as well as on premises
• Developing business logic in Docebo and working with different integrations like salesforce, workato, zendesk, outlook, ms teams etc.
• Writing regex patterns for log normalization, using commands like nmap, traceroute, netstat, nc, tcpdump, iptables, etc. for troubleshooting connectivity issues, and analyzing network traffic for potential security threats.
• Resolving Logpoint backend issues utilizing Linux commands such as grep, chmod, sed, ssh, journalctl, tail, htop, etc to ensure optimal system performance.
• Providing two day long training sessions every month to foreign clients on the features and usage of Logpoint SIEM, SOAR and UEBA.
• Developing usecases in order to detect and respond to possible security threats in real time
• Providing active technical support to clients
• Testing and researching new features developed in Logpoint
• Working with platforms like jira, vsphere, confluence, zendesk, salesforce, cloudshare, eloomi, okta etc. on a daily basis
